Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark chocolate 
  • 200 ml cream 
  • 50 g butter 
  • 40 g brown sugar 
  • 3 eggs

Preparation method:

1. Beat the egg whites and cream until a dense foam forms. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath or a microwave.

2. Beat the egg yolks and 2 tablespoons hot water. Add the sugar and mix well.

3. Combine both mixtures, add the melted chocolate and stir.

4. Pour the combined mixture into serving cups or bowls and leave to cool in a fridge for at least 2 hours.
