Chinese Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • Noodles: 2 packs [1000 grams]
  • Chicken: 1/2 kg
  • Gajjar (carrot): 2 medium
  • shimla mirchen (capsicum): 2 large
  • Band gobhi (cabbage): 1 small
  • Lehsan (garlic) paste: 1 tsp
  • Namak (salt): 1 tsp [for mxture]
  • Pissi kali mirchen (black pepper powder): 1/2 tsp
  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Namak (salt): 2 tsp [level, for noodles]
  • Pisi kali mirchen (black pepper powder): 2 tsp [level, for noodles]
  • Soy sauce: 3/4 measuring cup or 3 serving spoon
  • kutti laal mirchen (red chilli flakes): 1 tsp [optional]

Method

Step 1: Add Soy sauce, Namak (salt) 2 tsp, Pissi kali mirchen (black pepper powder) 2 tsp in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2: Add Oil and Lehsan (garlic) paste in a pan and fry at medium-low flame until light golden.

Step 3: Add Chicken, Gajjar (carrot), Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Namak (Salt), and Pissi kali mirch (Black pepper powder), mix and cook at medium flame for 2 minutes. Add Band gobhi (Cabbage), mix, and cook at medium flame for 1 minute.

Step 4: Add boiled spaghetti and soy sauce mixture and mix. Cover and leave for 2 minutes at low flame.
