Ingredients
- Anday (Eggs) – 4
- Tamater (Tomatoes) – 1 medium
- Piyaz (Onion) – 1 medium
- Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) – 1 tsp [level]
- Namak (Salt) – 1/2 tsp [to taste]
- Haldi (Turmeric powder) – 1/4 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) – 1/2 tsp
- Garm masala powder (Whole spices powder) – 1/4 tsp
- Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander) – For garnish
- Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) – For garnish
- Oil – 1/2 cup
Method
Step 1: Cook Piyaz (Onion) till they become soft.
Step 2: Add Tamater (Tomatoes), Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Namak (Salt), Haldi (Turmeric powder), Zeera (Cumin seeds) and mix for 2 minutes at medium to low flame.
Step 3: Add Anday (Eggs) and mix well for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4: Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes at low flame or oil separates.
Step 5: Add Garm masala powder (Whole spices powder), Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander), Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) and mix.
