Ingredients [Sauce]
- Mayonnaise: ½ cup
- Namak (Salt): ¼ tsp
- Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder): ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt): ¼ cup
- Oregano: ¼ tsp
- Till (Sesame seeds): 3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) paste: 1tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar): 1 tbs
- Oil: 1tbs
Method
Step 1: Add Dahi (Yogurt), Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder), Namak (Salt), Till (Sesame seeds), Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Sirka (Vinegar) in a chopper and chop well. Add Mayonnaise, Oregano and again chop into a smooth sauce. Add Oil and mix well.

- Piyaz (Onion): 1 large
- Gajar (Carrot): 1 medium
- Band gobhi (Cabbage): 1 cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum): 1 large
- Kheera (Cucumber): 1 large
- Namak (Salt): ½ tsp
- Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder): ¾ tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar): 10 tbs
Method
Step 1: Add Piyaz (Onion), Gajar (Carrot), Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Band gobhi (Cabbage), Kheera (Cucumber), Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder), Sirka (Vinegar) in a bowl, mix and leave for 2-3 hours.

- Chicken: ½ kg [julienne cut]
- Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder): 1½ tsp
- Namak (Salt): 1 tsp
- Haldi (Turmeric powder): ½ tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar): 2 tbs
- Oil: 2 tbs
- Garm masala (Whole spices) powder: ½ tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) paste: 1 tsp
- Adrak (Ginger) paste: 1 tsp
- Dar chini (Cinnamon) powder: ¼ tsp
- Dhaniya (Coriander) powder: 1 tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt): 6 tbs
- Paprika powder: 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce: 1 tbs
Method
Step 1: Add Chicken, Chilli sauce, Paprika powder, Dahi (Yogurt), Dhaniya (Coriander) powder, Dar cheeni (Cinnamon) powder, Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Adrak (Ginger) paste, Namak (Salt), Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Haldi (Turmeric powder), Garm masala (Whole spices) powder, Sirka (Vinegar), oil in a bowl and mix and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 2: Cover and cook marinated Chicken at low flame for 6-8 minutes. Cook at medium flame till water evaporates.

- Cooked Chicken
- Shawarma Sauce
- Chilli garlic sauce
- Salad
- French fries
Method
Step 1: Spread 1-2 tbs of Shawarma sauce and Chilli garlic sauce on the Tortilla. Add French fries, Cooked Chicken, 1 tbs of Shawarma sauce, and fold it.
Step 2: Add Oil in a frying pan, add Shawarma, toast for 1 minute at medium flame from all sides or till a nice golden colour appears.
Note: You can make 5-6 Arabic Shawarmas using this material.
