Ingredients
- Elbow macaroni: 1½ cup [before boiling]
- Saib (Apple): 2 medium
- Kaily (Banana): 3 small
- Angoor (Grapes): 1 cup
- Matar (Peas): ½ cup [boil for 5-6 minutes]
- Gajar (Carrot): ¾ cup [boil for 6-8 minutes]
- Aloo (Potato): 1 cup [boil for 6-8 minutes]
- Chicken: 1 cup [boiled and shredded]
- Mayonnaise: ¾ cup
- Cream: 2 cups
- Cheeni (Sugar): 12-15 tbs
- Namak (Salt): ¾ tsp [to taste]
- Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder): 1½-1¾ tsp
Method
Step 1: Add Elbow macaroni, Saib (Apple), Kaily (Banana), Gajar (Carrot), Aloo (Potato), Matar (Peas), Angoor (Grapes), Chicken, Mayonnaise, Cream, Cheeni (Sugar), Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirchen in a bowl and mix well.
Serve chilled.
