Ingredients
- Banana – 2 [mashed]
- Maida (all-purpose flour) – 1 cup
- Pissi Cheeni (Caster Sugar) – 1/2 cup
- Meetha Sod (Backing Soda) – 1/4 tsp
- Oil – 1/4 cup
- Doodh (Milk) – 1/4 cup
- Dahi (Yogurt) – 3 tbs
- Vanilla Essence – 2-3 drops
Method
Mix all these ingredients and fry at low flame till the balls are golden brown. Dust Pissi Cheeni in the end.
