Ingredients
- Penne pasta – 1 pack
- Chicken – 1/2 kg (julienne cut)
- Mushrooms – 1/4 cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) – 2 medium
- Piyaz (Onion) – 2 medium
- Tamater (Tomatoes) – 2 medium
- Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) – 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) – 1 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin) powder – 1 tsp
- Paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Cream/Balai – 1/2 cup
- Chadder Cheese – 1/2 cup
- Doodh (Milk) – 3-4 tbs
- Oil – 1/4 cup
Method
Step 1: Boil Penne pasta as per packet instructions and set aside.
Step 2: In a pan, add Oil, Chicken and cook till half cooked. Add Mushrooms and cook till Chicken is tender.
Step 3: Add Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Piyaz (Onion) and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium to high flame.
Step 4: Add all spices, Tamater (Tomatoes), and mix.
Step 5: Add boiled Pasta, Cheese, Cream/Balai, and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
Step 6: Add Doodh (Milk), mix, and switch off the flame.
