Ingredients: [Chicken]
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Piyaz (Onion) – 2 small
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) – 2 small
- Namak (Salt) – 1 tsp
- Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) – 1 tsp [slightly heaped]
- Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) – 1 tsp
- Tandoori masala – ¾ tsp [optional]
- Soy sauce – 2 tbs
- Chilli sauce – 2 tbs
- Chilli garlic sauce – 1 tbs
- Ketchup – 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) paste – 1 tsp
- Oil – 3-4 tbs
Method:
Step 1: Add Chicken and oil to a pan and mix well. Add Lehsan (Garlic) paste, mix, cover, and cook at low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Add Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder), Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Tandoori masala, Soy sauce, Chilli Sauce, Chilli garlic sauce, Ketchup, mix, cover, and cook at low flame till chicken is tender. Cook at medium flame till water evaporates.
Step 3: Add Piyaz (Onion), Shimla mirch (Capsicum) and mix at medium flame for 30-40 seconds.
Ingredients: [Mint Mayo Sauce]
- Dhaniya (Green coriander) – 1 cup
- Podina (Mint) – ¾ cup
- Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) – 4
- Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
- Mayonnaise – ¾ cup
- Pani (Water) – 2-3 tbs
Method:
Step 1: Add Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander), Podina (Mint), Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) in pestle and mortar and grind into a fine paste. Add Namak (Salt) and mix.
Step 2: Add Mayonnaise, 3½ tbs of this green chatni, Pani (Water) and mix well.
Step 3: Cook paratha as shown in the video.
Step 4: Spread Mint Mayo Sauce, add Cooked Chicken, Top it with Sauce and fold as shown in the video.
