Ingredients
- Maida (All purpose flour): 2 cups
- Baisan (Gram flour): 3 tbs
- Khushk doodh (Dry milk): 2 tbs
- Pissi cheeni (Powdered sugar): 1 cup
- Ghee: 1 cup
- Elaichi (Cardamom) powder: ⅛ tsp
- Metha soda (Baking soda): 1 tsp
- Anda (Egg): 1
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150℃.
- In a mixing bowl, add Maida, Baisan, Khushk doodh, Pissi cheeni, Ghee, Elaichi powder, and Metha soda. Mix well until the mixture resembles crumbles.
- Make biscuits as shown in the video.
- If the biscuits are not binding properly, add 1 tablespoon of additional Ghee.
- Brush the biscuits with an egg.
- Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
- On the stove, preheat a pot for 10 minutes and bake the biscuits at low flame for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the biscuits cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- Store the biscuits in an air-tight container.
