- Chicken – ½ kg [boiled with Namak (Salt) and Lehsan (Garlic) paste]
- Cream (Balai) – ½ cup
- Ketchup – 6 tbs
- Namak (Salt) – ½ tsp
- Pissi Kali Mirchain (Black Pepper powder) – ½ tsp
Method:
Step 1: Add Chicken, Cream (Balai), Ketchup, Namak (Salt), and Pissi Kali Mirchain (Black Pepper powder) in a bowl and mix well.
[Can use ¾ cup of Chilli garlic sauce instead of Ketchup if you like.]

- Anday (Eggs) – 5
- Namak (Salt) – ½ tsp
- Pissi Kali Mirchain (Black Pepper powder) – ¼ tsp
- Zardy ka rung (Yellow food colour) – 2 pinches
- Pani (Water) – 2 tbs
Method:
Step 1: Add Namak (Salt), Pissi Kali Mirchain (Black Pepper powder), Zardy ka rung (Yellow food colour), Pani (Water) in a bowl and mix well. Add Anday (Eggs) and give it a good mix.
Step 2: Add Oil on the Tawa (griddle) and fry (cook) eggs.
Ingredients [Coleslaw preparation]
- Band Gobhi (Cabbage) – 1 cup [grated]
- Gajar (Carrot) – ½ cup
- Mayonnaise – approximately ½ cup
- Kishmish (Raisins) – 2 tbs
- Cheeni (Sugar) – 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
- Pissi Kali Mirchain (Black Pepper powder) – ¼ tsp
Method:
Step 1: Add Band Gobhi (Cabbage), Gajar (Carrot), Cheeni (Sugar), Namak (Salt), Pissi Kali Mirchain (Black Pepper powder), Mayonnaise, Kishmish (Raisins) in a bowl and mix well.
Ingredients: [Layering]
- Bread slices – 6
- Salad Patta
- Khera (Cucumber)
- Chicken mixture
- Coleslaw
- Cooked egg
Method:
Step 1: Toast bread slices, cut their edges, and apply the chicken mixture. On top, put Khera (Cucumber) slices, then place the second piece of bread. Add Salad Patta, cooked egg [You can spread Coleslaw after egg but I prefer to serve separately] and cover with the third slice of Bread.
Serve with Coleslaw, Fries and Ketchup.
