Chicken Aloo Cutlets

Ingredients

Cutlets

  • Aloo (Potatoes) – 1.25 kg
  • Chicken – 500 gram
  • Piyaz (Onions) 200 grams
  • Pissi Laal Mirchain (Red Chilli Powder) – 2 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) – 2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 2 tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin Seeds) – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala (Whole Spices Powder) – 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbs
  • Sabaz Mirchain (Green Chillies) – 8
  • Sabaz Dhaniya (Green Corinder) – 1 cup
  • Podina (Mint Leaves) – 1/2 cup

Coating

  • Egg – as needed

Method

Step 1: Mix all ingredients and mold in the shape of cutlets [See the above video for demonstration].

Step 2: Dip in Egg and fry in oil on medium to low flame till cutlets become golden brown.

Tasty Chicken Aloo Cutlets are ready. Server with ketchup and chilli garlic sause.
