Ingredients: (marination)
- Chicken – 250 gram/1 pao
- Dahi (Yogurt) – 3 tbs
- Lemun ka ras (Lemon juice) – 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) paste – ½ tsp
- Tandoori masala – 2 tsp
- Oil – 2-3 tbs
- Pani (Water) – ¼ cup
Method:
Step 1: Add Dahi (Yogurt), Lemun ka ras (Lemon juice), Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Tandoori masala, and mix. Add Chicken, mix and marinate for 2 hours.
Step 2: Add Oil, marinated chicken in a pan, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Pani (Water), mix, cover, and cook on low flame till chicken is tender and water evaporates.
Ingredients: (Sauce preparation)
- Mayonnaise – 5 tbs
- Chilli Sauce – 2 tsp
- Woshershire sauce – 1 tsp
- BBQ Sauce – 1 tbs
- Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) – ¼ tsp
Method:
Step 1: Add Mayonnaise, Chilli Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) in a bowl and give it a good mix.

- Burger bun
- Kheera (Cucumber)
- Piyaz (Onion)
- Chilli garlic sauce/ Mayonnaise
- Tandoori chicken
- Burger Sauce
Method:
Step 1: Toast buns on a pan. Apply 1½ tbs of Chilli garlic sauce/Mayonnaise on the bun, put Tandoori Chicken, Burger Sauce, Piyaz (Onion), Kheera (Cucumber), and cover with the upper side of the bun.
