Ingredients
- Sawaiyan (Coloured vermicelli): ½ cup
- Doodh (Milk): 1 liter
- Condensed milk: ½ cup
- Custard powder (Vanilla): 3 tbs [Mix in ½ cup of water]
- Fruit cocktail
- Saib (Apple): 1 large
- Jelly [Banana]: ½ packet [Add ¾ cup of boiling water, mix well, and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes]
- Jelly [Orange]: ½ packet [Add ¾ cup of boiling water, mix well, and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes]
- Cream: 1 cup
- Badam (Almonds): 4-5
- Anjer (Fig): 4-5
Method
Step 1: Add Badam (Almonds) to a pan and dry roast for 40 seconds. Add Anjer (Fig) and roast it for 1 minute at a low flame with Badam (Almonds).
Step 2: Add Doodh (Milk), Sawaiyan (Coloured vermicelli), and Condensed milk in a pan, mix and cook at medium to low flame for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3: Add Custard powder paste and cook at medium to low flame for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Let the Custard cool at room temperature. Add Cream, Fruit Cocktail, Roasted nuts, Jelly, Saib (Apple), and mix well.
Serve chilled.
