Chicken | 800 grams |
Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) | 1 tsp |

Method
Step 1: Add Chicken, Sirka (Vinegar), Soy sauce, Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder), Namak (Salt), Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Anday (Eggs), and Cornflour. Mix well and leave for 1 hour. Fry at the medium-low flame for 3-4 minutes or till it becomes golden.

Ketchup | ½ cup |
Chilli garlic sauce | ½ cup |
Soy sauce | 1 tbs |
Sirka (Vinegar) | 1 tbs |
Chilli sauce | 1 tbs |
Namak (Salt) | 1 tsp |
Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) | 1 tsp |
Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) | ¾ tsp |
Cheeni (Sugar) | 2 tbs [heaped] |
Shakker (Jaggery) | 1 tsp [heaped] |
Cornflour | 2 tbs heaped [make a paste in ¼ cup of water] |
Method
Step 1: Add 2 tbs of Oil and Lehsan (Garlic) in a pan and mix for 30 seconds at medium-low flame.
Step 2: Add Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Piyaz (Onion), Sabz mirch (Green chilli) and mix.
Step 3: Add Chilli garlic sauce, Ketchup, Soy sauce, Sirka (Vinegar), Chilli sauce, Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Namak (Salt), and Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder). Mix for 1 minute at medium-high flame.
Step 4: Add 3¾ cups of water and mix. Add Cheeni (Sugar), Chicken and mix for 20 seconds. Gradually add the cornflour mixture, mix, and cook till it becomes thick [2 minutes/according to your gravy requirements at medium flame]
Step 5: Add Shakker (Jaggery) and mix.
