Ingredients
- Chicken – ½ kg
- Kuti kali mirchen (Crushed black pepper) – 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) – ½ tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) paste – ½ tsp
- Adrak (Ginger) paste – ½ tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) – 1 cup
- Bhuna Kuta Zeera (Cumin Roasted and crushed] – 1 tsp
- Garm masala (Whole spices) powder – ⅛ tsp
- Balai – ¼ cup
- Oil – ½ cup
Method
Step 1: Add Oil, Chicken in a pan and cook at medium flame till it changes its colour.
Step 2: Add Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Adrak (Ginger) paste. Mix, cover, and cook at medium to low flame for 15 seconds. Add Dahi (Yogurt), Kuti kali mirchen (Crushed black pepper) [½ tsp], Namak (Salt) [½ tsp], Zeera (Cumin), mix, cover, and cook at low flame till chicken is tender.
Step 3: Cook at medium flame till the masala is ready. Add Balai, Kuti kali mirchen (Crushed black pepper) [½ tsp], Sabz mirchen (Green chillies), Garm masala (Whole spices) powder, and mix.
