Ingredients
- Chicken fillets – ½ kg
- Soy sauce – 3½ tbs
- Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) – ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) paste – 1 tsp
- Makhan/ Ghee – 1 tsp [heaped]
Method
Step 1: Cut fillets into 2 pieces as shown in the video. If fillets are thin, then there is no need to cut them.
Step 2: Add Chicken fillets, Soy sauce, Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder), Namak (Salt), Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Makhan/Ghee in a bowl, mix, and marinate for 45 minutes.
Step 3: Grill Chicken at medium to low flame for 4-5 minutes on each side. No need to apply oil to the pan.
Don’t overcook, otherwise, the fillets will become hard.

- Gajjer (Carrot) – 1 large
- Aloo (Potatoes) – 2 medium
- Piyaz (Onion) – 3 small
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) – 2 medium
- Namak (Salt) – ¼
- Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) – ½ tsp
- Oregano – ½ tsp
Method
Step 1: Add Aloo (Potatoes) and Gajar (Carrot) in boiling water and cook at medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Drain and rinse through tap water.
Step 2: Add Piyaz (Onion), Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Aloo (Potatoes), Gajar (Carrot) in the same pan (without washing) in which you cooked Chicken and mix well.
Step 3: Add Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder), Oregano mix and cook at medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

- Makhan – 3 tsp
- Maida (All purpose) – 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
- Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) – ½ tsp
- Doodh (Milk) – 1½ glasses
- Chicken powder – ½ tsp
Method
Step 1: Add Makhan, Maida (All purpose flour) to a pan and cook for 1-2 minutes at medium to low flame.
Step 2: Add Doodh (Milk) and mix. Add Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder), Chicken powder, mix and cook at medium flame till it becomes thick.
Plating
Add Grilled Chicken to a plate, drizzle Pepper sauce and serve with vegetables.
