Choco Delight


  • Doodh (Milk): 1 litre
  • Condensed milk: 1 can
  • Coco powder: 3 tbs
  • Corn flour: 4 tbs
  • Pani (Water): ¼ cup
  • Plain teacake: 1
  • Fruit Cocktail: 1 tin


Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk), and Condensed milk in a pan and give it a good mix.

Step 2: Dissolve Coco powder, and Corn flour in ¼ cup of water. Add this mixture to the Milk while stirring continuously. Cook till it starts to become thick [not too thick] and let it cool.

Step 3: Layer half of the Teacake on a serving dish. Top it with Cooked chocolate custard, half of the Cocktail, and repeat the layers.

Step 4: Spread the cream evenly. [You can also add Chocolate chunks in layers]

Garnish with Chocolate Shavings and serve chilled.
