Ingredients
Cutlets
- Aloo (Potatoes) – 1.25 kg
- Chicken – 500 gram
- Piyaz (Onions) 200 grams
- Pissi Laal Mirchain (Red Chilli Powder) – 2 tsp
- Namak (Salt) – 2 tsp
- Chaat Masala – 2 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin Seeds) – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala (Whole Spices Powder) – 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tbs
- Sabaz Mirchain (Green Chillies) – 8
- Sabaz Dhaniya (Green Corinder) – 1 cup
- Podina (Mint Leaves) – 1/2 cup
Coating
- Egg – as needed
Method
Step 1: Mix all ingredients and mold in the shape of cutlets [See the above video for demonstration].
Step 2: Dip in Egg and fry in oil on medium to low flame till cutlets become golden brown.
Tasty Chicken Aloo Cutlets are ready. Server with ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.
