- Doodh (Milk): 1 kg
- Chawal (Rice): ¼ cup [soak for 1 hour and crush. Make sure not form a paste]
- Sago Dana (Tapioca sago): 2 tbs
- Cheeni (Sugar): ½ cup
- Dry milk: 1 cup
- Sabz Elaichi (Green Cardamom): 2-3
- Vanilla Essence: 1-2 drops
Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk), Chawal (Rice), Sagodana (Tapioca sago) in a pan, mix and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes. Scrape the sides in between.
Step 2: Add Cheeni (Sugar) and mix well. Add dry milk, Vanilla Essence, Sabz Elaichi (Green Cardamom) and give it a good mix.
Garnish with Nuts before serving.
