Mango Delight


  • Chocolate biscuits: 25-30 [without cream]
  • Aam (Mangoes): 2 medium
  • Cheeni (Sugar): 1 tbs [depends on how sweet the mangoes are]
  • Aam (Mangoes): 2 medium [cubes]
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup


Step 1: Coarsely crush Biscuits in a chopper or by using a rolling pin.

Step 2: Add Aam (Mango), Cheeni (Sugar), in a chopper and make a smooth paste. For richer flavor, you can also add 1 peach.

Step 3: Make a layer of Crushed Biscuits in a serving dish and add Mango cubes.

Step 4: Whip the Cream till soft peaks are formed. [Add sugar and vanilla essence if you are using some other cream other than Whipy Whip].

Step 5: Make a layer of whipped cream on mango cubes and pour Mango puree. Garnish with crushed biscuits.

Serve chilled.
