- Doodh (Milk): 1¼ litres
- Condensed milk: ½ cup
- Sawaiyan (Coloured Vermicelli): ½ cup
- Mango custard powder: 2 tbs [mix in ½ cup of milk]
- Cream: 1 cup
- Aam (Mango): 1 cup [cubes]
- Banana jelly: 1 packet [Add 1 cup of boiling water, mix well and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes]
Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk) and Condensed milk in a pan and mix well. Add Sawaiyan (Coloured Vermicelli), mix, and cook at medium-low flame for 5-8 minutes.
Step 2: Add Custard paste, mix and cook at medium-low flame for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Let the mixture cool at room temperature. Add Cream, Mango cubes, and Banana jelly and mix well.
Garnish with Badam (Almonds) and serve chilled.
