Ingredients
- Chicken [Boneless] – 1/2 kg
- Basin (Gram Flour) – 1 cup
- Pissi Laal Mirchain (Red Pepper Powder) – 1.25 tsp
- Namak (Salt) – 1 tsp
- Pissi Kaali Mirchain (Black Pepper Powder) – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala powder (Whole spices powder) – 1/2 tsp
- Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) – 1/2 tsp
- Qasoori Methi (Dry Fenugreek Leaves) – 1 tsp
- Baking Soda (Meetha Soda) – 1/4 tsp
- Lehsan paste (Garlic Paste) – 1 tsp
- Sabaz Mirchon ka Paste (Green Chilli paste) – 1 tbs
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbs
Method
Step 1: Add all ingredients except Meetha Soda and mix. Slowing keep adding water until a thick paste is formed.
Step 2: Add Meetha Soda to the mixture before frying.
Step 3: Fry the nuggets on low flame until they turn golden.
YAY! The Pakora Nuggets are ready. Serve with Chilli Garlic Sauce and Ketchup.
