Ingredients
- Oil: ¾ cup
- Sabz elaichi (Green cardamom): 4-5
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli): 1 pack
- Balai/Cream: ¼ cup
- Boiling water: 2¾ cups
- Cheeni (Sugar): 1 cup
- Kishmish (Raisins): ¼ cup
Method
Step 1: Add Sabz elaichi (Green cardamom) in oil and mix for 10-15 seconds. Add Sawaiyan (Vermicelli), mix and cook at medium-low flame till it changes its colour.
Step 2: Add Balai/Cream, mix, and cook at medium-low flame for 1 minute. Add Boiling water, mix, cover and cook at low flame till almost all water evaporates.
Step 3: Add Cheeni (Sugar), mix, cover and cook at low flame till all water evaporates. After that, add Kishmish (Raisins) and mix.
Garnish with Nuts and serve.
