Thread Chicken


  • Samosa Patti: as required
  • Chicken: 300 gram
  • Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder): 1 tsp
  • Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder): 1½ tsp
  • Kuti laal mirchen (Chilli flakes): 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt): 1 tsp [to taste]
  • Maida (All purpose flour): 2 tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar): 1 tbs
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) paste: 1 tsp
  • Anda (Egg): 1
  • Oil: for frying


Step 1: Cut Samosa patti into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2: Add Chicken, Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder), Kuti laal mirchen (Chilli flakes), Sirka (Vinegar), Soy sauce, Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Anda (Egg) in a bowl and give it a good mix. Leave the mixture for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Wrap Chicken by pressing it slightly with Samosa patti stripes.

Step 4: Fry at low flame till golden [4-5 minutes]

Serve with Ketchup.
