Ingredients
- Fruiter juice: 1 cup
- Chat masala: 1 tsp
- Cheeni (Sugar): 3 tbs
- Chilli garlic sauce: 1-2 tbs [depending how much chatpata you want]
- Corn flour: ½ tsp
- Shakker (Jaggery powder): 3 tsp [optional]
- Kaily (Bananas): 3 small
- Angoor (Grapes): ¾ cup
- Amrood (Guava): 1 large
- Anar (Pomegranate): ¾ cup
- Saib (Apple): 1 large
- Channy (Chickpeas): ¼ cup [before boiling]
- Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander): 2 tbs
Method
Step 1: Add Fruiter juice, Chat masala, Cheeni (Sugar), Chilli garlic sauce, and Corn flour mix, and switch on the flame.
Step 2: Cook at medium flame till the sauce becomes thick. Add Shakker (Jaggery powder), mix well, and let it cool at room temperature.
Step 3: Add Kaily (Bananas), Amrood (Guava), Angoor (Grapes), Saib (Apple), Anar (Pomegranate), Channy (Chickpeas), Sabz dhaniya (Green coriander), Sauce in a bowl, mix and serve chilled.
