Shimla Mirch (Green Capsicum) | 1 large |
Gajjar (Carrot) | 1/2 medium-sized |
Namak (Salt) | 3/4 tsp |
Pissi Kali Mirchain (Black Pepper Powder) | 1/2 tsp |
Pissi Laal Mirchain (Red Chilli Powder) | 1/2 tsp |
Garam Masala Powder (Whole Spices Powder) | 1/4 tsp |
Corn Flour | 2 tbs |
Maida (All Purpose Flour) | 2 tbs |
Chadder Cheese | 1/2 cup |
Coating
Eggs | 2 [As needed] |
Breadcrumbs | As needed |
Method
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients listed for the donut.
Step 2: Mold the mixture in the form of donuts. [For additional detail, see the video linked above]
Step 3: Dip the donut in Egg and coat with Breadcrumbs. Refrigerate them for 15 minutes. After that fry on medium-low flame. You can store for 2-3 weeks in the freezer.
Tasty cheesy veggie donuts are ready. Serve with ketchup and chilli garlic sauce and enjoy.
