Cheesy Veggie Donuts



Aloo (potatoes)1/2 kg
Shimla Mirch (Green Capsicum)1 large
Gajjar (Carrot)1/2 medium-sized
Namak (Salt)3/4 tsp
Pissi Kali Mirchain (Black Pepper Powder)1/2 tsp
Pissi Laal Mirchain (Red Chilli Powder)1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder (Whole Spices Powder)1/4 tsp
Corn Flour2 tbs
Maida (All Purpose Flour)2 tbs
Chadder Cheese1/2 cup


Eggs2 [As needed]
BreadcrumbsAs needed


Step 1: Mix all the ingredients listed for the donut.

Step 2: Mold the mixture in the form of donuts. [For additional detail, see the video linked above]

Step 3: Dip the donut in Egg and coat with Breadcrumbs. Refrigerate them for 15 minutes. After that fry on medium-low flame. You can store for 2-3 weeks in the freezer.

Tasty cheesy veggie donuts are ready. Serve with ketchup and chilli garlic sauce and enjoy.
