Veg Knorr Noodles

Ingredients

  • Noodles – 3 packets
  • Knorr masala
  • Aloo (Potato) – 1 medium
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) – 1 large
  • Gajjer (Carrot) – 1/2
  • Pani (Water) – almost 1 cup
  • Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) – 3/4 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) – 1/2 tsp
  • Pani (Water) – 2 glasses
  • Oil – 2_3 tbs
  • Kutti laal mirchen (Chilli flakes) – for garnish

Method

Step 1: Heat Oil in a pan. Add Gajjer (Carrot) and Aloo (Potato) and cook for 10 seconds. Add a little bit of Water. Add Knorr masala, Namak (Salt), Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), and cook for 40 seconds.

Step 2: Add 2 glasses of water. Add Noodles and mix. Then cover and cook on low flame till more than half the water evaporates.

Step 3: Add Shimla mirch (Capsicum) and cook on high flame till all water evaporates.

Garnish with Kutti laal mirchen (Chilli flakes) and serve hot.
