Chocolate Muffins


  • Maida (All purpose flour): 1 cup
  • Pissi cheeni (Powdered sugar): 1¾ cup
  • Baking powder: 1 tsp
  • Metha (Baking) soda: ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt): ¼ tsp
  • Cocoa powder: ¼ cup
  • 3 in 1 coffee: 1 [you can also use 1 tsp of instant coffee]
  • Anda (Egg): 1
  • Doodh (Milk): ¾ cup
  • Oil: ¼ cup
  • Vanilla essence: ¼ tsp


Step 1: Sift Maida (All purpose flour), Pissi cheeni (Powdered sugar), Baking powder, Metha (Baking) soda, Namak (Salt), and Cocoa powder in a bowl. Add 3 in 1 coffee in the Cocoa mixture and mix it well.

Step 2: Add Anda (Egg) in a bowl and beat it well. Add Doodh (Milk), Oil, and Vanilla essence, and give it a good mix.

Step 3: Pour the egg mixture into the dry mixture and mix well. Place cupcake liners in a cupcake tray. Pour mixture into liners and bake in preheated oven for 16-18 minutes at 180℃.
