- Chicken breast: 300 grams
- Doodh (Milk): 1 cup
Step 1: Cut Chicken into strips of about half-inch thickness.
Step 2: Pour Milk into Chicken, mix, cover, and set aside for 2 hours. (During the summer season, put it in the fridge).
Coating Ingredients (Dry):
- Maida (All purpose flour): 1 cup
- Corn flour: 1 cup
- Namak (Salt): ½ tsp
- Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder): 1 tsp
- Garm masala (Whole spices) powder: almost ½ tsp
Step 1: Add Maida (All purpose flour), Corn flour, Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder), Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder) on a deep plate and mix well.
Coating Ingredients (Wet):
- Anday (Eggs): 3-4
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce: 2 tsp
Step 1: Add Anday (Eggs), Soy sauce, Chilli sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2: Coat Chicken strips in Madia Mixture, then in Egg mixture and again in Maida mixture. Shake to remove excess Maida.
Step 3: Fry at medium to low flame. Flip the sides after 3-4 minutes. Fry the Chicken till golden.
- Mayonnaise: 6 tbs
- Ketchup : 3 tbs
- Chilli garlic sauce: 1 tbs
Step 1: Add Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Chilli garlic sauce in a bowl and mix well.
- Crispy fried Chicken
- Tortilla: 4-5
- French fries (fry till light golden and sprinkle Chat masala)
- Cheese slices: 4-5
Step 1: Grease pan/tawa with ghee and slightly toast Tortilla from both sides.
Step 2: Apply Sauce to Tortilla. Put Crispy fried chicken, French fries, Cheese slice, drizzle Sauce and wrap it. Toast both sides for 40 seconds.
