Perfect Fudgy Brownies


  • Oil: 1 cup
  • Cooking chocolate: ¾ cup [semi sweet]
  • Maida (All purpose flour): 1 cup
  • Coco powder: ½ cup + 2 tbs
  • Namak (Salt): ½ tsp
  • Anday (Eggs): 3
  • Cheeni (Sugar): 1¼ cups
  • Vanilla essence: ½ tsp
  • Cooking chocolate: ¼ cup [for garnish, optional]


Step 1: Sieve Maida (All purpose flour), Coco powder, Namak (Salt) in a bowl, mix and set aside.

Step 2: Add Oil, Cooking Chocolate to a bowl, microwave for 15 seconds and leave for 5 minutes. After that, mix and let it cool at room temperature.

Step 3: Add Cheeni (Sugar), Vanilla essence, Anday (Eggs) in a bowl, mix till sugar dissolves and mixture becomes light yellowish in colour.

Step 4: Add Chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and give it a good mix. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix till flour is thoroughly mixed.

Step 5: Grease the pan with oil, line with butter paper and pour the mixture. Top it with Cooking chocolate and tab 6-8 times.

Step 6: Preheat a pan for 10 minutes at medium flame. Bake at medium-low flame for 28-32 minutes.

Step 7: Let the baked brownies cool at room temperature.

Once the brownies reach room temperature, cut them in the desired shape/size.

The delicious fudgy brownies are ready to serve.
