Mango Mousse


  • Aam (Mangoes): 2 medium
  • Cheeni (Sugar): 2 tbs [depends how sweet your mangos are?]
  • Whipping Cream: 1 cup [chilled]
  • Lemun ka ras (Lemon juice): 1 tsp


Step 1: Add Aam (Mangoes) in a chopper and blend to make a puree. Add Cheeni (Sugar) and blend again for 40-50 seconds.

Step 2: Add Whipping Cream to a bowl and beat till soft peaks are formed. Mix Mango puree in whipped cream and reserve 3-4 tbs for later use.

Step 3: Add Lemun ka ras (Lemon juice) in reserved mango puree and mix well.

Step 4: Add 2-3 tsp of mango puree to a serving glass and even it out with the help of a spoon. Top it with the Cream mixture and tap 2-3 times to make it even. Garnish with Mango cubes and Cherry.

Serve Chilled!
