Chicken (boiled and shredded) | 1/2 kg |
Shimla mirch (Capsicum) | 1 small |
Piyaz (Onion) | 1 small |
Tamater (Tomato) | 1 small |
Namak (Salt) | 1/8 tsp |
Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) | 1/4 tsp |
Shakker (Jaggery) | 1 tsp |
Mayonnaise | 3 tbs |
Ketchup | 3 tbs |
Soy Sauce | 1 tbs |
Chilli Sauce | 1 tbs |
Bread Slices | 8 |
Method
Step 1: Add Chicken, Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Piyaz (Onion), Tamater (Tomato), Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Soy sauce, Chilli sauce, Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirch (Black pepper powder) and mix.
Step 2: Take the Bread Slices and cut their edges.
Step 3: Apply the prepared mixture on Bread, cover, and press.
Step 4: Brush the pan with Ghee and grill the sandwich until it becomes golden brown.
Cut in triangles and serve with Tea or Ketchup.
