Grilled Chicken Sandwich


Chicken (boiled and shredded)1/2 kg
Shimla mirch (Capsicum)1 small
Piyaz (Onion)1 small
Tamater (Tomato)1 small
Namak (Salt)1/8 tsp
Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder)1/4 tsp
Shakker (Jaggery)1 tsp
Mayonnaise3 tbs
Ketchup3 tbs
Soy Sauce1 tbs
Chilli Sauce1 tbs
Bread Slices8


Step 1: Add Chicken, Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Piyaz (Onion), Tamater (Tomato), Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Soy sauce, Chilli sauce, Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirch (Black pepper powder) and mix.

Step 2: Take the Bread Slices and cut their edges.

Step 3: Apply the prepared mixture on Bread, cover, and press.

Step 4: Brush the pan with Ghee and grill the sandwich until it becomes golden brown.

Cut in triangles and serve with Tea or Ketchup.
