Sawaiyan with Cottage Cheese


Sawaiyan (Vermicelli)70 gram [half pack]
Doodh (Milk)1.25 kg
Cheeni (Sugar)1/2 cup + 2 tbs
Sabz Elaichi (Green cardamom)3
Badam (Almonds)10
Cottage Cheese1/4 cup

Cottage Cheese Preparation

Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk), Sirka (Vinegar) in the pan and cook on medium to low flame till curdles are formed. Stir in between.

Step 2: Strain curdle mixture and strain through tap water.

Cottage Cheese is ready.

Ingredients for Cottage Cheese

Doodh (Milk)1 glass
Sirka (Vinegar)2 tbs

Sawaiyan Preparation

Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk), Sabz Elaichi (Green Cardamom), Cheeni (Sugar) in a pan and cook on medium flame till Cheeni (Sugar) dissolves.

Step 2: Add Sawaiyan, mix and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3: Add Cottage Cheese, Badam (Almonds), mix and switch off the flame.

Garnish with Almonds (Badam) and serve chilled.
