Instant Khoya


  • Milk powder – 1 cup [heavy cream]
  • Balai/Cream – ½ cup
  • Doodh (Milk) – ¼ cup


Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk) and Balai/Cream in a pan and mix well.

Step 2: Turn on the flame and cook at low flame till the Doodh (Milk) starts boiling.

Step 3: Gradually add Milk powder and mix at medium to low flame. Stir continuously. Cook till khoya leaves the sides of the pan and the cooking spoon.

Khoya is ready.
