Chicken Broast

Ingredients: [Marination]

  • Chicken – 1 kg
  • Sirka (Vinegar) – 6 tbs
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) paste – 1 tsp
  • Adrak (Ginger) paste – 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
  • Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) – ¼ tsp
  • Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) – 1 tsp

Method

Step 1: Add Sirka (Vinegar), Soy sauce, Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Adrak (Ginger) paste, Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Namak (Salt), Pissi kali mirchain (Black pepper powder) in a bowl, and give it a good mix. Add Chicken, mix and marinate for 2 hours.

Ingredients: [Coating]

  • Maida (All purpose flour) – 2 cup
  • Corn flour – ½ cup
  • Namak (Salt) – ½ tsp
  • Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) – ¾ tsp
  • Haldi (Turmeric powder) – ½ tsp
  • Pani (Water)

Method

Step 1: Add Maida (All purpose flour), Corn flour, Namak (Salt), Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Haldi (Turmeric powder) in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2: Coat chicken in the dry mixture, then in cold water, and then again in the dry mixture as shown in the video. [Especially focus on the hand movement to give it the proper texture]

Step 3: Fry at low flame till golden. [10-12 minutes]

Serve with Broast sauce.
