- Chicken – ½ kg
- Macaroni – 1 cup [boiled]
- Piyaz (Onion) – 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) – 1 small
- Tandoori masala – 1 tsp
- Kuti laal mirch (Crushed red pepper) – 1½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) – 1 tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar) – 1 tbs
- Soy sauce – 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) paste – 1 tsp
- Pizza sauce – 4-5 tbs
- Cheddar cheese – ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup
- Oil – 3-4 tbs
- Oregano – 2 pinches
- Kuti laal mirchen (Crushed red pepper) – 2 pinches
Step 1: Add Chicken and Oil to a pan and cook at medium flame till the chicken changes its colour. Add Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Tandoori masala, Kuti laal mirchen (Crushed red pepper), Namak (Salt), Soy sauce, Sirka (Vinegar), mix, cover, and cook at low flame till chicken is tender. Cook at medium flame till water evaporates.
Step 2: Cut cooked chicken into small pieces. Add Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Piyaz (Onion) in the cooked chicken and mix well.
Step 3: Make a layer of boiled Macaroni in an ovenproof dish. Spread Pizza sauce on the macaroni. Make a layer of cooked chicken and then add Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese. Sprinkle Oregano and Kuti laal mirchen (Crushed red pepper) on top.
Step 4: Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
