Ingredients
Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) | 70 gram [half pack] |
Doodh (Milk) | 1.25 kg |
Cheeni (Sugar) | 1/2 cup + 2 tbs |
Sabz Elaichi (Green cardamom) | 3 |
Badam (Almonds) | 10 |
Cottage Cheese | 1/4 cup |
Cottage Cheese Preparation
Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk), Sirka (Vinegar) in the pan and cook on medium to low flame till curdles are formed. Stir in between.
Step 2: Strain curdle mixture and strain through tap water.
Cottage Cheese is ready.

Sirka (Vinegar) | 2 tbs |
Sawaiyan Preparation
Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk), Sabz Elaichi (Green Cardamom), Cheeni (Sugar) in a pan and cook on medium flame till Cheeni (Sugar) dissolves.
Step 2: Add Sawaiyan, mix and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3: Add Cottage Cheese, Badam (Almonds), mix and switch off the flame.
Garnish with Almonds (Badam) and serve chilled.
