- Aloe vera: 300 gram
- Doodh (Milk): 2 liters
- Ghee: ¾ cup
- Gandum ka atta (Wheat flour): 1 cup
- Cheeni (Sugar): 1¼ cup
- Badam (Almonds)
- Akhrot (Walnuts)
Step 1: Peel and remove the pulp from the leaves of Aloe vera.
Step 2: Cook Doodh (Milk) till it begins to boil. Add Aloe vera pulp, mix and cook at medium to low flame till more than half of the milk evaporates.
Step 3: Meanwhile, roast Wheat flour in Ghee at medium-low flame until the mixture starts bubbling. Add flour mixture into the milk, mix and cook at medium-low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4: Add Cheeni (Sugar), Badam (Almonds), Akhrot (Walnuts), mix and cook till oil separates.
