Aloe vera Halwa


  • Aloe vera: 300 gram
  • Doodh (Milk): 2 liters
  • Ghee: ¾ cup
  • Gandum ka atta (Wheat flour): 1 cup
  • Cheeni (Sugar): 1¼ cup
  • Badam (Almonds)
  • Akhrot (Walnuts)


Step 1: Peel and remove the pulp from the leaves of Aloe vera.

Step 2: Cook Doodh (Milk) till it begins to boil. Add Aloe vera pulp, mix and cook at medium to low flame till more than half of the milk evaporates.

Step 3: Meanwhile, roast Wheat flour in Ghee at medium-low flame until the mixture starts bubbling. Add the flour mixture to the milk, mix and cook at medium-low flame for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4: Add Cheeni (Sugar), Badam (Almonds), Akhrot (Walnuts), mix and cook till oil separates.

Best for Joint and Back pain.
