|Doodh (Milk)||1 litre|
|Cheeni (Sugar)||3/4 cup|
|Elaichi powder (Green Cardamom powder)||2 to 3 pinches|
|Badam (Almonds)||1/4 cup|
|Zarda Rang (Yellow food colour) [dissolved in 1 to 2 tbsp of water]||2 to 3 pinches|
Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk), Cheeni (Sugar) in a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes at medium to low flame.
Step 2: Add Anday (Eggs), mix and cook till it becomes thick and stir in between.
Step 3: Add Badam (Almonds), and mix for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder), Zarda Rang (Yellow food colour) and mix till all milk evaporates.
