Anday ka Halwa


Anday (Eggs)6
Doodh (Milk)1 litre
Cheeni (Sugar)3/4 cup
Elaichi powder (Green Cardamom powder)2 to 3 pinches
Badam (Almonds)1/4 cup
Zarda Rang (Yellow food colour) [dissolved in 1 to 2 tbsp of water]2 to 3 pinches


Step 1: Add Doodh (Milk), Cheeni (Sugar) in a pan and cook for 4-5 minutes at medium to low flame.

Step 2: Add Anday (Eggs), mix and cook till it becomes thick and stir in between.

Step 3: Add Badam (Almonds), and mix for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 4: Add Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder), Zarda Rang (Yellow food colour) and mix till all milk evaporates.
