Beef Boti

Ingredients

  • Beef – 1 kg
  • Namak (Salt) – 11/4 tsp
  • Pissi Laal Mirchain (Red Chilli Powder) – 2 tsp
  • Lehsen (Garlic) Paste – 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbs
  • Paani (Water) – 11/2 Glasses [Or as required]
  • Oil – 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1: Add Paani, Beef, Namak, Pissi Laal Mirchain, Lehsen (Garlic) Paste in the pan. Mix and cook on low flame till beef is tender.

Step 2: Add 1/4 cup of Oil and lemon juice. Mix and cook on medium to high flame till water evaporates and oil separates.

Delicious Beef Boti is ready. Serve it with podina raita and daal.
