Ingredients
- Dahi (Yogurt) – ½ cup
- Mayonnaise – ½ cup
- Pani (Water) – ¼ cup
- Aloo (Potatoes) – 3 small [boiled]
- Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) – 2
- Adrak (Ginger) paste – ½ tsp
- Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) – ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
Method
Step 1: Add Dahi (Yogurt), Mayonnaise, Pani (Water), Aloo (Potatoes), Sabz mirchen (Green chillies), Adrak (Ginger) paste, Namak (Salt), Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder) in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
