- Maida (All purpose flour): 2 cups
- Cheeni (Sugar): 1 tsp
- Instant yeast: 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt): ¼ tsp
- Oil: 3 tsp
- Neem garm Doodh (Lukewarm Milk): ½-¾ tsp
Step 1: Add Maida (All purpose flour), Cheeni (Sugar), Instant yeast, Namak (Salt) and Oil in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2: Gradually add Neem garm Doodh (Lukewarm Milk) and knead to make a soft dough. After that, stretch the dough till it stops sticking to your hands.
Step 3: Apply Oil to the dough, cover, and let the dough rest for 1-2 hours or till it doubles in size.
- Oil: 2 tbs
- Chicken: 1 cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) paste: ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt): ½ tsp (to taste)
- Kutti Laal mirchen (Red chilli flakes): 1 tsp
- Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder): ½ tsp
- Oregano: 1 pinch
- Pani (Water): ¼ cup
Step 1: Cook Chicken in Oil till it becomes white. Add Lehsan (Garlic) paste and mix well.
Step 2: Add Namak (Salt), Kutti Laal mirchen (Red chilli flakes), Pissi kali mirchen (Black pepper powder), Oregano and mix well. Add Pani (Water), mix, cover, and cook at low flame till Chicken becomes tender and the water evaporates.
- Cooked chicken
- Pizza sauce: 4-5 tbs
- Mozzarella cheese: ¼ cup
- Cheddar cheese: ¼ cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum)
Step 1: Again knead the dough for about 30 seconds. Divide into 2 equal parts. Dust Maida on the counter and spread pizza dough either with your hands or a rolling pin. Put pizza dough in a pizza pan. Prick dough with a fork.
Step 2: Spread Pizza sauce, add cooked chicken, Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, Shimla mirch (Capsicum), Olives and Kutti Laal mirchen (Red chilli flakes).
Step 3: Preheat the pot for about 8-10 minutes. Place the Pizza pan in preheated pot, (cover the lid with aluminium foil) and cover the pot with the lid. Cook at medium-low flame for 10-12 minutes.
