- Doodh (Milk) – 1 cup
- Piyaz (Onion) – 1 medium
- Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) – 3
- Lehsan (Garlic) – ½ clove
- Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) – ½ tsp
- Oil – 3-4 tbs
- Pani (Water) – 2 tbs
Step 1: Add Piyaz (Onion), Lehsan (Garlic), Sabz mirchen (Green chillies), Pani (Water) in a blender and blend to make a paste.
Step 2: Add Oil and Zeera (Cumin seeds) to the frying pan and mix for 10 seconds. Add the previously prepared paste and cook at medium flame till the oil separates. Add Namak (Salt) and mix for 20 seconds.
Step 3: Add Doodh (Milk) and cook at medium to low flame for 2-3 minutes (as shown in the video).
