- Imli (Tamarind) pulp – 1 cup [50-60 grams of imli soaked in 1 cup of water]
- Podina (Mint leaves) – ¼ cup
- Dhaniya (Coriander) leaves – ½ cup
- Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) – 3
- Chat Masala – ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) – 1 clove
Step 1: Add Imli (Tamarind) pulp, Dhaniya (Coriander leaves), Podina (Mint leaves), Sabz mirchen (Green chillies), Lehsan (Garlic), Chat Masala, and Namak (Salt) in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.
