Imli Podina Chatni

Ingredients

  • Imli (Tamarind) pulp – 1 cup [50-60 grams of imli soaked in 1 cup of water]
  • Podina (Mint leaves) – ¼ cup
  • Dhaniya (Coriander) leaves – ½ cup
  • Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) – 3
  • Chat Masala – ½ tsp
  • Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
  • Lehsan (Garlic) – 1 clove

Method

Step 1: Add Imli (Tamarind) pulp, Dhaniya (Coriander leaves), Podina (Mint leaves), Sabz mirchen (Green chillies), Lehsan (Garlic), Chat Masala, and Namak (Salt) in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.

Chatny is ready.
