Podina/Green Raita

Ingredients

  • Podina (Mint leaves) – 2 tbs
  • Dhaniya (Coriander leaves) – 3-4 tbs
  • Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) – 3
  • Lehsan (Garlic) – 2 cloves
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) – ½ tsp
  • Lemun ka rus (Lemon juice) – 1 tbs
  • Dahi (Yogurt) – 1 cup
  • Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp

Method

Step 1: Add Dhaniya (Coriander leaves), Podina (Mint leaves), Sabz mirchen (Green chillies), Zeera (Cumin seeds), Lehsan (Garlic), Lemun ka rus (Lemon juice) in a chopper and chop with little water.

Step 2: Mix chatni paste (as required), Namak (Salt) in Dahi (Yogurt) and mix well.
