Ingredients
- Leg pieces: 3 [800 gram]
- Dahi (Yogurt): 4 tbs
- Lehsan Garlic) paste: 1 tsp
- Adrak (Ginger) paste: 1 tsp
- Lemun ka ras (Lemon juice): 1
- Namak (Salt): 1¼ tsp
- Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder): 1½ tsp
- Haldi (Turmeric powder): ¼ tsp
- Zardy ka rung (Yellow food colour): ¼ tsp
- Dhaniya (Coriander) powder: 1 tsp
- Garm masala (Whole spices) powder: ½ tsp
- Chat masala: 1 tsp
- Zeera (Cumin) powder: 1 tsp
- Oil: 2-3 tbs
Method
Step 1: Add Dahi (Yogurt), Lemun ka ras (Lemon juice), Lehsan (Garlic) paste, Adrak (Ginger) paste, Namak (Salt), Pissi laal mirchen (Red chilli powder), Zardy ka rung (Yellow food colour), Haldi (Turmeric powder), Dhaniya (Coriander) powder, Zeera (Cumin) powder, Garm masala (Whole spices) powder, Chat masala in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2: Add Leg piece in Yogurt mixture, rub masala on legs and marinate for 4-5 hours.
Step 3: Add Oil, marinated Chicken, and remaining masala in a pan and cook at medium-high flame for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4: Flip the sides, cover, and cook at medium-low flame for 10-12 minutes. Flip the sides again, then cover and cook at medium-low flame for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5: Flip the sides again and cook at medium-high flame till water evaporates.
Serve with Green Raita.
