Ingredients
- Podina (Mint leaves) – 2 tbs
- Dhaniya (Coriander leaves) – 3-4 tbs
- Sabz mirchen (Green chillies) – 3
- Lehsan (Garlic) – 2 cloves
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) – ½ tsp
- Lemun ka rus (Lemon juice) – 1 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) – 1 cup
- Namak (Salt) – ¼ tsp
Method
Step 1: Add Dhaniya (Coriander leaves), Podina (Mint leaves), Sabz mirchen (Green chillies), Zeera (Cumin seeds), Lehsan (Garlic), Lemun ka rus (Lemon juice) in a chopper and chop with little water.
Step 2: Mix chatni paste (as required), Namak (Salt) in Dahi (Yogurt) and mix well.
